Lecture by the President of the Misdemeanor Court in Belgrade

On March 22, 2019, the guest of Megatrend University was the President of the Misdemeanor Court in Belgrade, Milan Marinovic, who gave a lecture on misdemeanor proceedings in Serbia, as well as the work of the Misdemeanor Court in Belgrade.

Students, professors and guests in attendance had the opportunity to hear what the work of the Misdemeanor Court in Belgrade looks like, what are the competences of the Court, what it looks like in the misdemeanor procedure to start the process until the final court decision is rendered.

Professors Boban Dodić and Staniša Ignjatović from the Law School of Dimitrije Davidović, who came as guests to listen to the lecture and to be convinced of the quality outside the teaching activities at our university, were also honored.

The lecture was also attended by the Administrative and Technical Secretary at the Cabinet of the President of the Misdemeanor Court in Belgrade and fourth year student, colleague Irena LJiljak.

The organization of this lecture was delivered by the Student Parliament of the Faculty of Law, at the initiative of SPPFMU President Radomir Popovic, with the support of v.d. dean and professor.

The lecture was attended by v.d. dean doc. Andrija Blanuš, Ph.D. Prof. Slobodan Petrović, Ph.D. Dr. Zoran Vasilkov and other professors at the Faculty of Law.

At the end of the lecture, the distinguished guest received a thank you note from the Faculty of Law.
