Professor Dr Miodrag Jevtić
Since the academic year of 2018/19, Professor Dr. Miodrag Jevtic, a prominent scientist and pedagogical worker, former (and the first) Rector of the University of Defense, has been holding the position of Deputy Rector of Megatrend University.
Professor Jevtic was the Head of the VMA (Military Medical Academy) for six years. He is the General of the Serbian Army and is the author of a number of monographs and scientific papers. He is also a member of the New York Academy of Sciences.
Professor Jevtic was born in 1956 in Smederevo. He received his PhD degree in 1997. Since 2008, he has been a full-time university professor.
He has gained extensive experience in management and organization of the educational and scientific research fields within the Serbian Army and higher education in the Republic of Serbia.
